Every delicate artwork is meticulously prepared and secured using premium gallery-grade packaging. We ensure your art piece travels under the highest safety standards, arriving in flawless condition—whether adding to your private collection or arriving as an exclusive gift.

  • Bespoke Preparation: Orders are carefully handled and prepared for transit within 3–5 business days (unless a different timeline is detailed within a specific commissioned or shop listing).

  • Transit Confirmation: Upon dispatch, an email confirmation providing dedicated tracking parameters will be shared so you can seamlessly observe your artwork's journey.

Transport Logistics & Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated independently of the art piece price.

  • Final logistics costs are automatically generated based on your international destination, volume, and the structural density of the shipment.

Returns & Client Care

We desire for you to be entirely enchanted by your selection. Should an art piece not meet your expectations, we accommodate returns under the following explicit guidelines:

  • Notification Period: Initiate contact within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Window: Dispatch the artwork back to the gallery within 21 days of delivery.

Important Considerations:

  • Exchanges: Direct exchanges are unavailable due to the unique, singular nature of each art piece.

  • Direct Assistance: Should you encounter any anomaly regarding your delivery, please contact the studio immediately for dedicated support.

Non-Returnable Acquisitions:
Due to their exclusive and bespoke nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive with documented transit damage:

  • Custom-commissioned or personalized art pieces;

  • Limited-edition or promotional acquisitions.

Return Provisions:

Clients assume responsibility for insured return transit logistics and fees.

Art pieces must be returned in their original, pristine condition and authentic packaging. Any reduction in structural or aesthetic value remains the responsibility of the sender.
